  • Development and implementation of long-term technological orientations and investment planning.

  • Responsibility for the development of new products, further development of products and the entire product life cycle as well as management and development of technical staff.

  • Further development of component suppliers into manufacturers of end devices with a significant increase in core competencies and own added value.

  • Expansion and internationalization of the supply chain under continuous risk and opportunity assessment, in particular through implementation of second-source strategies to ensure independence and security of supply.
